MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to revise the terms of these policies. Any changes made will apply to all memberships created or renewed after the date such change was implemented.

MEMBERSHIP POLICIES

Our monthly memberships are based on an automatic renewal subscription. This means that after your initial free trial period you will be charged directly from the credit or debit card you used when you signed up.

At the time of writing we have one subscription option, monthly or annually. The terms and conditions in this section apply to all of our membership options.

INVALID PAYMENT

If your credit or debit card is no longer in use or your payment method is otherwise invalid, then your subscription will not renew, and your subscription will end. In certain cases, such as an expired card, our payment processor will contact the card issuing bank for updated information to allow the purchase to go through

Until you cancel your membership in your member area, billing will continue according to the cycle stated when you subscribed as a member.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Monthly memberships can be cancelled through the member area at any time. Monthly memberships will not be refunded and your access to the member area will be restricted once your subscription reaches the cancellation date.

If you wish to cancel your annual subscription and receive a refund, then you must email [email protected] with the subject line as “Annual Membership Refund”. Your refund will be based on how much of the 12-month membership has been used and your refund will reflect that accordingly.

SEMINAR AND EDUCATIONAL EVENT POLICY

In the case of you being unable to attend the course for which you have registered, you can substitute another person in your place or transfer your registration to another date or another seminar of equal (or lesser) value without penalty for a period of one year following the starting date of the seminar for which you registered.

Your request for substitution or transfer must be made in writing to [email protected].

Only one transfer is permitted, and no difference in registration fees paid shall be refunded. If the transfer is to a higher cost seminar, the attendee shall pay PT Toolbox LTD the difference. All transfers expire within one year of the start day of the original seminar without exception.

For event/seminar registrations cancelled three days or more prior to the event/seminar, there will be a full refund of the fee less any administration costs. For event/seminar registrations cancelled three days or less, prior to the program date no refund will be made. If you do not attend an event/seminar you forfeit your fee and no refunds will be made.

Should a seminar be cancelled, postponed or date changed because of illness, weather, or any other reason whatsoever, all attendees will be notified as early as possible, and our liability will be solely limited to the return of the registration fee.

DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY POLICY

PT Toolbox LTD is an education company for personal trainers.  We provide support and education in a variety of formats and want to ensure you are aware of the information we collect and hold about you.

Please note we do not share customer details with any 3rd parties that are unrelated with PT Toolbox LTD offering you as a member a better service or discounts on relevant products, events and services.

We will gather and retain certain information that you provide voluntarily, this will include;

CALL/COMMUNICATION MONITORING

We may also monitor, record, store and use communications we have with you to improve the quality of our products and customer service, to confirm any instructions you give us, for training and operational compliance purposes and/or to provide you with support.

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION

We retain your information for up to 6 years following the end of your membership with us or your purchase.  When deciding what to retain, we take into account what information we need to best provide you with products, goods and services, manage your relationship with us, meet our statutory obligations and meet our customers’ and previous customers reasonable expectations.
